Shipping Policy

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan — no extra charge.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) often receive orders in 2–3 days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping is 100% free on all orders across Pakistan. No hidden fees, no surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.

We offer Cash on Delivery so you can inspect your parcel and pay at your doorstep. Full amount is payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page.

If the courier is unable to deliver (no response, wrong address, refusal to receive), they will attempt redelivery up to 2 times. After that, the parcel is returned to us. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

On the rare occasion a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) via WhatsApp. We will investigate and replace or refund at no cost to you.
